Having worked as a healthcare provider in the United States and France since 2000, I wanted to enrich my practice and optimize my patients' overall care.
I was looking for an approach that could adapt to all my patients and bring them calm and well-being, even during sometimes difficult treatments.
I discovered Sophrology and trained at the Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie (Paris).
Certified in 2015, I accompany my patients in hospital settings but also in the office, at home and remotely.
Sophrology is a non-tactile psycho-corporal method that helps you rediscover well-being in your daily life and develop your potential.
Developed by Alfonso Caycedo (neuropsychiatrist), Sophrology is inspired by various Western techniques (hypnosis, progressive relaxation, etc.) and Eastern techniques (yoga, Zen, etc.).
